These are some of the things my youngest plays with. They are all over our house and my mom's house too. To him, everything is a toy. Rubber bands. Twisty ties. Paper clips. Paper cups. Paper plates. Duct tape! When he was 3 or 4, he liked plastic party cups and played with a package of them for months. He wanted to go see santa so he could ask him for more cups.
This is so, so funny! My Noddy plays with this kind of stuff too.
ReplyDeleteNoddy can have more fun with a scrap or bitty piece of paper and a string or rubberband or reciept from the groecery store. He keeps all the price stickers off his new clothes!!
Oh that was my younger sister when she was little. We teased her one year at Christmas time saying we were going to tell all the relatives to just get her notebook paper, tape, glue, paper plates, straws, etc. She was always making stuff!
ReplyDeleteHe's your right-brainer isn't he? Mine will turn anything into a toy too. I can't throw anything away! (I'm so left-brained it isn't funny).
ReplyDeleteVery cute! We have similar toys. They get used more than the store bought toys. :o)
ReplyDeleteThanks for commenting on my blog!
Peace and Laughter,
Cristina
Samuel wants all the empty food boxes to play with in his kitchen. Why do we spend so much money on toys from a store!
ReplyDeleteYes, this is my right-brainer!
ReplyDeleteHe plays with toys too, but to him, all the world is a toy.
